A wiry-thin dark-skinned man whose demeanor can quickly alternate between vacant detatchment and fierce intensity.

Notes

  • Vinsen used to be in Pawlucki’s crew. He retired suddenly and unexpectedly, and wasn’t heard from for months.
  • When he resurfaced, former acquaintances could have been forgiven for not recognizing him. No longer the smooth-talking scoundrel people remembered, he’d become an aloof, eccentric loner consumed with his work.
  • His haunting—even unsettling—art rapidly gained him a following among the elite. Despite the wealth he’s accumulated (far more than he ever made on Pawlucki’s crew), he’s rarely seen outside of his studio or appearances of his art.
  • He’s recently received a mysterious shipment to his studio in Silkshore.
